Artwork Requirements
We only accept artwork from our clients in a specific format, so please take note of our requirements below before you send us any artwork.
Business Card & Flyer Special Artwork Requirements
- Artwork to be supplied in print ready PDF or JPG format.
- Artwork must be in CMYK format, if it is in RGB or has spot colours we will convert the file to CMYK – we will not be held responsible for any colour changes.
- Add 3mm of bleed – if there is no bleed we will add a thin white border around the artwork.
Other Artwork Requirements
Supply your artwork in:
- PDF or JPG format
- CYMK for full colour print jobs
- Spot colours for all other print jobs
- 3mm bleed
- Crop/Registration marks on all pdf’s
Colours
As explained in the format requirements above, full colour jobs will require CYMK pdf’s, while 1-3 colour jobs will require that you inform us of the necessary spot colours.
Turnaround Times
We provide any quote within 1 working day. Turnaround time for jobs will depend on the requirements and can be specified on request. We specialise in urgent print jobs, but you’ll need to speak to one of our consultants to get information on specific turnaround times per individual job.
Flyers
- Please Note: We require 1-2 working days for 5000 A5 (10,000 A6) single sided & 2 - 3 days for double sided flyers to be printed.
- The 1000 A5 (2000 A6) may take a little longer depending on how many orders we have on hand.
Business Cards
- We don’t print less than 500 cards per name.
- Our business card runs are printed once a week once the run has filled up.
